So if Nico is the $8million man. What does this mean for Jackson? I understand competition is makes everyone better but if a kid is getting $8m and the other guys not. You'd have to think the one getting paid that type of money is going to be pushed to be the starter if both are equal

If you paid CJH 10x as much, would that make him a better coach? Ofc not.

Either a guy is giving his all or he's not.

He also has zero control over defense, coaching, STs, receiving, OL, ya know the other majority of the game.
