If he's bound to a location/region, then no. If Spyre bought his rights to sponsorship money, and their sponsors are in Knoxville with Knoxville-based requirements, it makes sense that he could be contractually bound to the region.

But for all intents and purposes, I suspect that it's BS and there are technicalities in the contract that do not mention UT while binding him to UT. I assumed everyone here pretty much understood that after all the discussion about each UNIVERSITY needing to get THEIR NIL game up to speed, and all the wringing of hands at the thought that UT wasn't.

Any other nits you want to argue? Do you just need to feel right about the portal? If so, OK. He can still transfer. You good now?

I discussed. You tried everything you could do to ignore the point while simultaneously trying to **** on it. So I asked why the need to do so, assumed you just needed a technical win, and gave it to you.
