As mentioned in previous posts the deal includes clauses where the player gives up his rights to his NIL. After the deal is signed the agency then controls the players NIL rights. At that point the player no longer has the right to ink any other NIL deals. So your senerio is not legal. The player could go play at a different school but could not sign an NIL deal.By this logic then an athlete can be offered $500k to go to school "x", but school "y" can come in and say I'll give you $1 mil to go somewhere else.
For major schools with big time donors, it's pocket change to ensure you remain at the top and pay for the athletes you want and pay those you don't/can't get to go to a particular school(s) or conference.
If there are no rules about how to distribute the money, then anything goes and athletes can make money many different ways now.

I’ve not said anything but a NLI of that magnitude with no school tie fits what the Manning family does to a tee. I think it’s much more likely for Arch than for Nico.I think this is the Manning family paying Arch. This would give them the ability to control his endorsements and preserve the family image.
Nah….. he needs to keep going. If he's not a fan of social media I'd say that's a good thing considering kids today have to put everything on there although Nico will probably need to take advantage of social media as part of his NIL
Not Nico twitter acct...disregard lol
Uncle needs to tone it down some though
