I agree, I was told it was not permitted to directly require that he attend a certain school in exchange for the dough, more of a wink and nudge kind of deal. I know who Spyre is but again I was given to understand that his deal with Spyre could not require him to attend a particular school, and that the 350K was free and clear. Unless the contract is posted somewhere though it's all hearsay as to what the terms are, it makes no sense to me as an old lawyer but that's what some reputable posters have said ITT.It was none binding to the school, but it is to spyre who is tennessee collective therefor he is bound to tennessee if he wants to make money legally
Even googling parts of statements will usually return results. Don't see it on Rivals and AP/BH aren't saying anything to confirm it.If it's on Rivals somebody should be able to look it up, I don't have an account there.
