All you have to do is watch him play to know this isn't true. You don't make this assessment based on who he plays, you make this statement based on his talent. He makes throws nobody else makes. You see lots of top talents roll out and make awesome off-platform throws...who can make this running pinpoint bullet across their body without slowing down? Can anybody else do it? This has nothing to do with Nevada. This is all Caleb Williams.

He might fail because he's a jackass and doesn't put in the work, but he is certainly a generational talent.

Ole boy is going to be a flop. Sure he may be super man to you, we had a better qb/ leader last year. I don't want a guy that paints his fingernails and loses. Sorry.

Also, the talent level he plays against allows him to make a lot of the plays he makes.

The PAC 12 definitely has the best collection of QBs this season and I think 2 of the best 5 teams in the country. Washington and Oregon are very good. Pretty ironic given that it’s the last year of the conference, which I hate.

IDC who we're talking about, everybody plays cupcakes. tOSU QB's and Bama QB's, etc. The talent around them vs. the talent they play against, the deck has been totally stacked. This is just an argument that people make against a guy they don't like, and again, he doesn't make this play because Nevada is bad, he makes this play because he can. Bryce Young cannot make this play against Troy St or anybody. CJ Stroud is proving to be a very good pro QB and he cannot make this play. There are maybe three QB's in the NFL who can make this play (Kyler, Mahomes, Lamar) and I only trust one of them to try it.

Scheming against a real defense? Since when does the B12 play real defense? He would have put up the same numbers against B12 competition that he’s putting up against P12 opposition.

He is ok. He certainly is not a better qb than HH was. He will get drafted high and flame. He plays in a conference like the big 12 and Pac. Its wildly known his coach wanted no part of the SEC. Ole boy followed suit.
