I think that's going to stop when CA files criminal charges against DeSanctimonius. Imagine a Presidential candidate who can't do fundraisers in the Blue states like NY, CA and Washington because they will arrest him.

What I can't understand is why they don't seize the planes after they land. Do that a couple of times and he won't be able to find anyone to do the flights. It won't matter if they win the trial, not being able to use the planes (evidence) to generate revenue would be a pretty painful experience.

Not crying, just amazed at the hate you guys have for people who are trying to find a better life for their families. Just like you would do if you were in their situation. Does that level of hate keep you warm at night?

I am all for controlling immigration, in fact, I have posted here about the need to have all employers be required to use eVerify regardless of number of employees and to increase the fines to a painful level. No jobs, no wave immigration. But I don't wish ill on them, like you evidently do.

By the way, you do know about the new Biden rules automatically rejecting any immigrant who fails to apply for entry to the US in their home country before applying at the border? It seems that border crossings have dropped 70% in 3 months.

I'm sure you haven't heard about that from FoxNews.

They should indict and arrest him so he can't run.

In fact, they should find things to indict and arrest all the GOP presidential candidates. Because if you're going to go Banana Republic, go full Banana Republic.

They do to an extent. Prescribed fire (controlled burns) which is vital to keeping these latest wildfires down, has to undergo a significant amount of red tape to get approved.

33 million acres of forest in California. Only 125K gets burned annually. The crazy thing? A group screaming for more prescribed fire in California is the Sierra Club.

The Sierra Club wants Cali to burn... but the State gets in the way.

Funny thing? Jerry Brown the liberal mandated they burn at least 500K acres per year until 2023 back in 2018. The legislature lowered it to 400K. Newsom never changed it, so, it's still at 400K.

But the California Air Resources Board makes it almost impossible to do. Furthermore, HOA communities don't want it done either.

They barely do 100K per year and the Forest Service put the moratorium on it after Hermit Peak last year.

ETA: They have lifted the moratorium since then, but they're still way, way, way behind.

Why don't you first try not to force people on airplanes without even telling them where they're going. There's even a sheriff in Texas who says he should be arrested.

That one Congressman said it could be used in future against conservatives. I hate to see it, but hell, they will probably use it now anyways. I hate getting in the dirt, but it seems necessary now. The Russia stuff was such a rubicon and now what we are seeing today. It sucks it has to be this way.
