He's right. We play good halfcourt offense and very sound defense. That is how you win tourny games.

This is what ive liked about martins style since day 1. It's how you win games late in the year, and more importantly, how you win games when shots arent falling. Being able to win games in the 50's and the 80's is what CCM is looking for.

C'mon, do you really think he's cheating right now?

I don't. I also didn't think he was cheating when he was at Memphis, but according to 99% of the posters on R*pp's R*ft*rs he was a, and I quote, "cheating slimeball." But then he accepted the UK job. Now UK fans say he is as pure as the driven snow. Hypocrisy knows no bounds, I suppose.

See i actually had no idea who he was. Never watched one of his games till 2008. Had no idea about his scandals and tbo couldn't of cared less about him. When we hired him i thought for sure our AD had just lost his job. I really don't ever remember anyone in Lex even bringing him up.

Even if you only saw your first Cal game in '08, if you follow BB how could you not know about Cal? Especially considering all the coverage of Cal's history at UM and UMass, and their stripped FF appearances followng his tenure, when UK hired him. Seriously, you would have had to have been living under a rock at the time not to have some awareness. Either that, or not yet reached your teen years.

I might of exaggerated a bit. But 2008 was the first time i'd actually watched Memphis for the first time. At Umass i was too young to remember him. I did know who he was at Memphis but wasn't really overly impressed. Took him 8 years to reach a final four. His scandals? Couldn't of cared less cause they didn't effect UK.

Cal cheated everywhere he has been. At UK, he doesn't need to cheat because they treat theirs players like they are kings. Did anyone see they did for midnight madness?

Uhh I know it's the first practice and all, but UK didn't look nearly as impressive as they did the past two seasons during Midnight madness.
