I know more about football than most here.
Vols have a ton of talent.
I hate not having a running QB, but QD is excellent with time to throw.
We'll only get better and not worse.

If I thought it were possible that coaches learn from mistakes, I'd agree with everything but the 10-3. This team fights and has talent. But if you want to be the man you gotta make plays and not make crucial mistakes whether a coach or player. HeLL, look at Vandy. Bunch of 2 and 3 star players, but they are executing and making plays. Butch needs one win vs UGA, Bama, LSU, and have only one loss for the others to save face this year.

SEC network last night thought they blew it but was overall impressed with talent level and thinks they may beat a few people... so there's that

I like 10-3 too but it ain't gonna happen- lord have mercy we lost to an underperforming FL team that had a bunch of their best players out... optimism is good, but it ain't realistic.

I see three more wins (UMass, USM, Mizzou), one more loss (duh), and five "toss-ups". With our gameday coaching, Vandy, KY, and SCar are all toss-ups. We seem to historically always play well vs UGA no matter what. And, LSU looks very beatable. 3-2 in the toss-up games means another 8-4 season. That's pretty much what CBJ's program is. But, given his record vs Muschamp and Vandy, this season could totally derail.

College football is about constantly rebuilding. Early in the season all teams have execution issues. The more new players you have the greater the execution issues. If you expected a well oiled machine in game 3 you made a mistake. We are a good team and will be playing well very soon.

Elite teams don't rebuild, they reload. Look at Clemson as exibit A. With everything they lost they still look to be one of the two best teams in the country.

Your coach sucks....sadly enough Butch Jones sucks more that he has made him look good 2 out of 3 seasons now. True talk.

IF UT runs the ball, you are right. If UT tries to throw it, all you have to do is watch QD's eyes, because they never look anywhere but where he is gonna throw it.
