Some people just need to step away. I was as pissed as anyone Saturday night but to do something like that is just dumb.

Agree, it's one thing to be passionate or upset on a forum. Making death threats is something else entirely. It's a shame.

Of all the things I've thought if that could have gone differently for the W, none of them involved Cameron Sutton. This is ridiculous.

Not justifying any death threat to anyone, but there's about 30 players I would assume would get bad feedback like that before Cam Sutton.

Dude is a stud who will be playing Sundays.

Of all the players...why give our best one besides Marquez North a death threat????? It's despicable in the first place, but in a dark humor sort if way I have to chuckle that Josh Smith or Dobbs didn't get it.

The emotional and irrational reactions of some on here is astounding....so I really would not be surprised.....

so you can't see the difference in someone posting "Butch sucks!" after a loss to Vandy and one where the author threatens the life of an 18yo football player? Seriously? :blink:

I threatened suicide as a half hearted joke but then thought later the post while not about anyone but my misery. I thought what if someone else really had those thoughts or had someone they love do that. Wasnt too bright. As for harming another individual that is uncalled for. Especially over a pasttime like football. Find & prosecute. At least they better if Harvey Updyke poisons trees and gets punished. So as should someone threatening a young man.

Send a group to this fellas front door to see if he still offers. I bet if he saw our offensive & defensive lines as well as Brent Brewer and North & Croom that person would have a change of heart.

Be interesting to hear what was actually said and how it was said. Obviously someone on twitter hash tagging you suck I should kill you is different than someone in your face saying next time I see you I will slit your throat. Ppl are obviously :crazy:
