Raymond Justice said Martin told Camron a front-runner for Kentucky Mr. Basketball in 2015 that hell continue to recruit him, and he said his son will still consider the Vols.
He still loves all the Tennessee people and loves that campus, and he is not disregarding them, the elder Justice said. He just wants to open it back up and take a real open look at if there is another option there that fits him, too.
Tennessee is still among his favorites. I dont want to say it is his favorite, or else I think he would have (decommitted).
Hes developed a really close bond with Coach Martin and (assistant) Kent Williams. It was a really tough thing for him to do because he cares so much about them.
Raymond Justice said Martin and Williams have treated my family, and especially Camron, like gold.
Raymond Justice said Camron has had second thoughts about his decision after watching a lot of college basketball this season. After watching the Vols style of play this season, which has included a lot of slashing from athletic perimeter players, Justice has wondered if it would be a good fit, his dad said. Justice is a strong long-range shooter who excels at shooting off screens. Raymond Justice said he also understands that the Vols are playing a style this year that fits their personnel, and that doesnt necessarily mean their offense wouldnt shift in the future is Justice was on the team.
Raymond Justice said he knows his son is highly interested in Vanderbilt, which plays a style conducive to Justices strengths, and he also mentioned Butler as a team of interest. Butler has not made an offer but was close to doing so before Justice committed to UT.
He really likes Vandy. He really liked Butler. Well just have to wait and see, his dad said. He might go right back to Tennessee.
