This really sucks because we will need someone like him that can score in the coming years. Hopefully, Hubbs comes out of his surgery in great shape. Sounds like Austin may be a great player for us too.

I'm also really pleased with Richardson's scoring prowess this year. Hopefully that carries over to next year. We will definitely need it.

Yea, never seen it with McRae. But I am not sure that I would ask him to do it much if I were the coach. Normally, you get your bigs to set the pick because you get the mismatch on defense and bring their bigs up top away from the basket. Our bigs just don't shoot it well enough from 15 in. I will say that I am impressed with Jarnell's improved shot from the elbow. You just aren't going to get as much of a mismatch when or if the defense switches on a PG and SF, and Thompson doesn't shoot it well enough yet to hedge on the screen.

2 long guards that know how to run it can tear somebody up unless they can just switch, but most pg's can't switch to guard mcrae

Probably get this a lot, but I will share what I know. Kid loves Duke. Been hearing from them. That is his dream school. Changed his feelings a bit. We are still a factor here. Just didn't want to be committed and not 100%. I still believe he ends up a Vol IMO.

I'd rather have Bill Justice. Now that kid (probably 70 now)) could shoot.

This, to an extent. But its better than a late flip after several visits where we as fans all saw it coming. I'm not buying the offensive style excuse tho. JMO

If he has watched our last couple of games, with a true pg, we have a creator for spot up shooter all of a sudden. And next year we are adding another creator for spot up shooters. So I am thinking he has heard their will be new offers coming from somebody soon. Likely Louisville, Duke or another big program. IMO

He has stated that he still likes Tennessee and that we and Vandy are he favorite teams. Don't give up on him yet. I like his shot better than any Player I have seen since Lofton.

Maybe the two favorite that has offered him. But not his favorite two of all. As I stated earlier, Duke is his favorite school and dream school. If Duke ever offers him, which is highly doubtful, it's over. As of now, Tennessee is on top of his list. Just wanted to slow down a little bit and make sure he is 100%. And I agree with that. If a kid is not 100% take the time you need to make a decision best for them.

I'm not knocking his game but if you see what coach K did in the 2014 class, he's going to need to shoot up the rankings to be on his radar. Like I said it's not a knock on Justice at all because he's a hell of a player but K is getting top 5 players like it's nothing. I think if justice played some better talent he'd be ranked higher.
