Petrino will still be the coach. Peters isnt going anywhere. Successful coaches dont get fired for adulteress relationships. Pitino at Louisville survived from his steakhouse affair or Bruce Pearl with Brandi Miller while he was still married to previous wife. Alcohol or the chick if were still a student would change things. Ie Mike Price,Larry Eustachy and Mike Dubose wasnt at successful as Petrino so discount him. The woman was an adult. The stronger harassment case is probably for anyone who applied for that job or can demonstrate they were more qualified. It would be relatively easy to assert that she got the job due to her personal relationship if the complaint was made by an unattractive applicant or male.

Other females in the office could also complain "hostile workplace" if rumors were going around. They could claim a belief that sleeping with the boss was the way to get promoted.

IF... and that still seems to be an unproven assertion... he was having an affair then the school has to take action or lawsuits will multiply.

I suggest you read about quid pro quo sexual harassment and what happens when retaliation occurs. This case is textbook. It's also what gets him fired, IMO.

You are mostly right but she was an employee of the AD that he helped get a job.

If there was an affair then he is probably gone.... then again, Arkansas tolerated more than this from Nutt.

From the AD's perspective he has to be fired. The AD just wants to make sure everything is in place to let him go...He hired this girl to work for him and then lied to the AD. What was going to happen when the wife finds out and Petrino backs away from her? This has future sexual harrassment written all over it. Petrino is stupid and if the AD keeps him he is stupid.

there is no rule to support a player who has signed an LOI with a school being able to get out of it if a coach leaves. They sign with school, not coach
