is that a joke? smaller ball=better percentage that the ball will go through the hoop.
No way. Not fast enough laterally. He could literally score one layup after another.I'm usually a card carrying member of the "Women's basketball isn't really basketball" alliance, but some of you people have a much higher opinion of Skylar McBee than I do. I think Candace would beat that ass.
Well sure, if you think about it like that. I'm just saying if you had been used to shooting a bigger ball, it would take some time to adjust to a smaller ball.
(And in case anyone is thinking it, yes, that's what she said).
At my high school during PE you had to rush to get the men's basketballs because there wasn't enough. So sometimes you got left with a women's ball. You go from a 20% 3 point shooter to like a 50%. lol
This even surprises me a little. The fact that the boyfriend was on the men's basketball team should have probably been enough. The fact that your friend never played makes this really surprising.
Pick up a women's ball some day and shoot around. It's much easier. It makes any normal guy feel like LeBron palming the ball like a champ. It's like the size of a grapefruit
I mean I guess it depends. If you're 6'8 the women's ball really would feel like holding an apple or something, so in that respect I agree. I just compare it to a nerf football. You take a regular football and a normal guy can throw it idk an average amount. You take the nerf ball and you're out there launching 70 80 yard bombs.
I dunno. Reggie Miller has admitted that Cheryl used to whip his ass until he was eighteen, and Cheryl is less athletic than Candace and Skylar McBee sure as hell isn't Reggie Miller.
She'd definitely kick Stevie's ass in a free throw contest.
Yea, I wasn't disagreeing at all. I'm just saying that if you shoot a lot with a men's ball and then go shoot with a women's ball, it takes a while to adjust.
But if you ever watch a girl shoot with a men's ball, you'll see that your point is spot on.
Okay this is like the dumbest argument ever but were just trying to make a point here, our suite mate for some unknown reason thinks that Candice Parker would lose to Skylar Mcbee if they played one on one. I mean I love Skylar to death, but lets be realistic, Candice would win. And I'm kind of sexist, but again I still say Candice Parker would definitely beat Skylar Mcbee one on one, who agrees, disagrees.
You know, I don't think I've ever seen that. Weird. I'll have to put that on my to-do list haha. What does it look like, someone throwing shotput?
