that she killed the kid. the mistake was going for murder 1. harder to prove she planned it.
any resonable person actually think she didn't do it? resonable doubt doesn't mean no doubt.
I don't think it's system failure. It should've hard to prove murder and the state should have bulletproof evidence. This case shows the strength of our system. The OJ case, OTOH, showed flaws in our system.

First time I've ever agreed with you. After some thought, the blame for no guilty verdict is on the prosecution, not the jury.
Never believe anything the media tells you and most of what any of you have heard is from media.
Thats the reason they sequester a jury.
How many murder trials have a detailed note or recording from the accused with the title "My Plan to Murder ______". Common and Moral sense should prevail. For this broad to get off on essentially everything is absurd. Makes you wonder if the case wasn't as high profile, would the verdict(s) be different. . . . and please don't give me that garbage about an impartial jury. BS.
