Casey Anthony - The Decision Is In!

**** that a 3 year old is dead and the person who all the evidence points to is dancing in the streets

do you react this way to every child who dies or only the high-profile ones?

that she killed the kid. the mistake was going for murder 1. harder to prove she planned it.

any resonable person actually think she didn't do it? resonable doubt doesn't mean no doubt.

They couldn't even prove manslaughter. They might have been able to win a wrongful death suit with that evidence, but there wasn't enough evidence to convict her beyond a reasonable doubt for any crime related to killing that kid.

Shocking that all the evidence points to the one on trial.

Never believe anything the media tells you and most of what any of you have heard is from media.

Thats the reason they sequester a jury.

I don't think it's system failure. It should've hard to prove murder and the state should have bulletproof evidence. This case shows the strength of our system. The OJ case, OTOH, showed flaws in our system.

I agree with that. I wasn't meaning the standard of proof or the jury system is flawed. Rather, I meant the prosecution, which is part of the system, failed to meet their burden and may have very well allowed a murderer to go free.

Joran van der Sloot just shouted at his TV, "OH, COME ON! WE ALL KNOW SHE DID IT!!!!!"

First time I've ever agreed with you. After some thought, the blame for no guilty verdict is on the prosecution, not the jury.

Can't be the first time, you also have a horseshoe as one of your favorite teams also.

The prosecution could not prove without a reasonable doubt that she did anything other than party while her baby was missing and that she lied to the police

Exactly why we all thought she was guilty and the jury didn't. They haven't been listening to the news tell us how guilty she is. All they had were the facts presented in court.

For those stating they couldn't prove she planned it, How many murder trials have a detailed note or recording from the accused with the title "My Plan to Murder ______"? Common and Moral sense should prevail. For this broad to get off on essentially everything is absurd. Makes you wonder if the case wasn't as high profile, would the verdict(s) be different. . . . and please don't give me that garbage about an impartial jury. BS.

The justice system should not have the word justice associated with it at all.

Common sense is horse **** when judging the actions of people you do not understand.
