I remember an Alabama player ripping Casey's helmet off when he was a freshman, and it sparked a fire in him and the rest of the team. Played lights out that day.

The 2001 game marked the return of Donte Stallworth from injury. Stevens ripped of a long TD run. KW had a big second half for us. Great all around game for us.

In 2003, James Banks had a 25 yard TD run right up the middle (dude could have been a QB, WR or a safety). Don't think it was called the "Wildcat" back then either. Jason Allen stepped up big on defense. Then there was some 4th & forever play.

Two GREAT wins at Alabama. GOVOLS.

The only crime that Clausen committed was that he had to follow Peyton and NC winning QB Tee Martin. The guy, no matter what he did, was just not going to satisfy a certain segment of the Vol Nation. Sure the kid was cocky and arrogant but he backed it up on the field. He was a warrior and I would give anything have him back as our QB!

No body likes cocky QB's, unless he's your QB and he backs it up like he really did! Then its called being a leader.

I ran into Casey when we were out in Pasadena in 08 for the UT/UCLA game. We just happened to run into to him at some bar, talked to him for awhile and he was down to earth the entire time.

Still don't know how CC was a "douche". I remember people calling him one when he was out with a really hot blonde and thinking they were jealous because he had a hot girl. He was at the same place we were, drinking the same beer. Big deal.
