Always liked Casey. He was a great competitor! 4th and 17, i believe in the 2nd or 3rd OT at T-Town. I will never forget that play!

Was a baller on the field. Meet at a club on strip when he was there total jerk. I said hey man , he said I'm not signing any autograph

Attended many of the games while Clausen was here. The guy gained a lot of respect from me because of the ARK game 2001. We won 14-3 at ARK. The reason I say this is because he kept audibling to the run over and over again because ARK just could not stop us on the ground that night. CC done this in several big games we won he was unselfish on the field and wanted to win no matter what it took. Always liked the line "the iceman cometh" given to him because of his SEC road record.

Would love to see a player with his onfield demeanor step up on the current team this year!!

Go VOLS forever!!

I'm in the minority but he became my favorite Vol while he was here and still is.

People can say what they want to bout the Iceman,but he won games he had no more attitude problems than Bray. Least he didn't chuck beer bottles at cars.

Absolute truth. I remember how I thought he was the next Peyton & how terrible we were at QB when he was hurt as frosh wasn't it Scuggs at the helm vs the gay-tors gees. Then I meet him it was very disappointing.

he signed a hotel business card when i chased him down at the uf game this year, i had to chase him cause he was walking through the hotel, i called out his name he stopped and signed. i had met him at gate 21 before game but didnt have anything for him to sign then. to all you that want to bash me for chasing him he was qb for us when i was going thru hs. so whatever.

Man AJ was a straight up prick not worth a s*it. CC was just a goofy guy that got a lot of attention and it got to his head. AJ was just a prick that thought his sh*t didn't stink.

When I was introduced to him I just walked away after about 10 seconds. Wasn't worth even trying to be cordial with. "Aint nobody got no time for that!!!"...is what I thought when I met him.

I am sure he would sign an autograph now. It is worth as much as whatever it is written on at best.

It's kinda funny because I grew up watching him when I was pretty young and I liked him because he wore number #7 which was my lucky and favorite number at the time in little league. But I remember hearing my dad criticize him a bunch but now when I mentioned CC, he says, "I wish we had him back."

Maybe you are thinking of 2005 (Katrina Bowl) and you have the wrong Clausen.

Most underrated UT Player of all time. Dude won a bunch of big ball games. 2003 at Alabubba comes to mind. 4th and 19!!!
