CFP First Round: #10 Indiana @ #7 Notre Dame (8PM ABC/ESPN)

Notre Dame travels well nationally and their supporters have lots of money. However Georgia has the biggest advantage of any fan base. The conference championship was in their back yard. So their fans didn't have to fork out airfare and hotels. So they can lock in on the Sugar Bowl. I am interested to see Notre Dame if they can take at least half of the Superdome.

Indiana had 153 total yards vs Ohio State. They had 150 before this last drive in this game. That's roughly 300 total yards combined during the competitive part of their games vs the two ranked teams they played. They should never have been here.
Makes you wonder what Alabama and last years FSU fans are thinking….

LOL even the announcers are like "so the B1G stinks".

See, this is the part that kills me. The same national media a-holes that were lecturing us about "strength of record", insisting that Indiana, Boise, and SMU belonged, and making fun of "SEC bias" are now saying what many of us have been screaming for the last month and a half. I guess they needed to see the embarrassment happen to wake the hell up.

The "committee" totally f***ked up this event by giving those byes to Boise and ASU, ruining the second weekend and essentially gifting two more pretenders in Penn State and Texas into the final four. All of a sudden strength of schedule matters, after the damage has been done.

The committee didn’t have any choice on the byes. You can blame the conferences and powers to be for that. They’re the ones who agreed to the byes going to the four highest rated conference champions.

....I get why Bama wants to switch to an easier OOC schedule if a weaker schedule can’t hurt you to get a playoff spot....
Bama already has an easy OOC schedule. When Bama's lips are moving they are lying.
Again, I didn’t say Bama deserves a spot

But in the future Bama has Notre Dame and Ohio State scheduled for OOC games. ...
Bama does not have those games scheduled. Bama's lips were moving.
