Agreed. Still, they've got to hit the road and play at Texas next week and at Baylor following that so I'm not feeling nearly as bad as I did 5 hours ago. We still have playoff life and frankly, the road to get there isn't all that difficult or hard to imagine. Crazy game.

Clemson needs to lose, Bama needs another lose. Potentially a TCU loss. Even if all that happens we we'd still have to play Georgia again to win a championship. It's been a nice season but unfortunately all we get now is a chance at 11-1.

TCU has road games at Texas and Baylor the next 2 weeks.

Ohio State-Michigan will have a loser.

I like our chances of getting into the playoffs if there are only 2 undefeated teams. If TCU has at least one loss, it's likely that the OSU-Michigan loser ant the Vols get in. Outside chance that Oregon or USC could get in with one loss.

The Clemson and Bama losses are huge for us.

Everyone seems to forget that we were 8.5 pt underdogs in this game. Us coming out playing like crap didn’t help us but first place ranking in first poll May save us from sliding down too far, maybe to number 5

A shame Hooker had a bad game. His Heisman hopes are out the door...and disappointing he overthrew so many balls. 2 to the wr's and 1 to Fant at least from what I saw.
