I think the Sugar or Orange want Tennessee because of ticket sales. We will bring the people. Will OSU and Alabama bring the people considering they had disappointing seasons according to their fan bases.

Not sure why the Rose and Big 10 gets to dictate but looks like we're getting screwed again. 10 win season and 7th in nation and we get....Tulane. LOL. Meanwhile Big 10 gets to finagle their way to having 2 teams in the top 3 New Years 6 bowls with #8 leaping #7. But UGA is in the playoffs and Bama in the Sugar so that's all the SEC cares about.

Be like the Sugar the year UF didnt want to be there and not many fans went to it -- though it looks like its a sellout this year, thanks to greedy resellers and I hope they all get stuck with the tickets

Tulane has the 75th passing O, but the 35th rushing O.

That’s right up Tennessee’s alley!!!

Tulane has the 74th rushing D. Tennessee has a great rushing O and D.

Don’t want this game, Tennessee has earned MUCH better. However this is the perfect matchup for Tennessee.

Probably so but it dang sure isn’t going to generate much excitement from anybody. And God forbid that UT lose. Wouldn’t expect that for the reasons you said but one never knows who is going to show up.

since The OSU wants to dictate and flex their power, they should become independent like N Dame and see how that works for them. Their conference made decision to participate in Rose Bowl, so go along with it or leave.

Seriously would be hilarious if Penn State said they don’t need charity and declined the Rose Bowl.

Yea that’s why I said “don’t want this game” and “Tennessee has earned better”

Tennessee has definitely earned more than playing Tulane (in my opinion).

Ala isn't getting in..TCU can lose and still be in the top 4 as mentioned on the playoff show. If USC loses Ohio St will slide in. They aren't trying to get Ala in the playoffs. The nation is tired of seeing it and would hurt TV ratings. Not happening.

Great. How many games have you watched DJ play? I've watched all of them! I've also seen JM start and come off the bench. I'll take JM everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. DJ has 8 wrs 4 and 5* guys yet cannot throw for 100 yds in a game. He's also slow!
