Has he improved the team? Yes, Kragthorpe went 15-21 including 4-8 in his last year. Strong came in and instantly went 7-6 and has now gone 10-2 in his third year.

Also, you can call the Big East a weak conference all you want, but he is coaching big east players in the big east conference so it is all relative. Not many coaches run away with their conference, especially only in there third year.

Looking more and more like they might be learning soon. Hubbs just said Tennessee is a real factor for Strong, more so than he thought 4 days ago.

I have thought all along that fisher and Gundy would both be offered the job before strong but hubbs is making me rethink that. I hope it's his job and we get I done tomorrow or Tuesday!

Like is said in a previous post, id be ok with Strong or Fisher. Im leaning a little more towards Fisher mainly because FSU was down pretty bad before he took over. Even though one game doesnt make a coach id be lying if I said I wouldnt be very impressed if Loiusville beats Fl considering they probably dont have near the talent FSU does. May not happen but I also thought Bama would HURT Texas A&M.

A lot of people myself included think its important to energize the fanbase. If UT comes out and looks decent going into the FL game next year that will be done. The fanbase was plenty fired up until the 2nd half of the FL game last year.
