In an interview with The Serfs, writer and journalist Alanah Pearce discussed her experiences working in the entertainment industry, and claimed that the Chinese gaming giant Tencent has “a bunch of problematic s**t” and shared some rules the company is rumored to have set out for a film it was funding.

“I have a friend who had a film that was offered to be made by Tencent – or funded by Tencent – and they were like ‘no black people’ and ‘bigger tits’. Like, a lot of rules that they have that I think also have had a hand in, you know, some AAA games,” said Pearce.

She followed up by stating she was reluctant about sharing any more specific details in fear of being sued by Tencent and that she only knew rumors, claiming she wasn’t sure if any of it was true. However, she added that Tencent has “games that are out where they were like ‘yeah, that character needs to have bigger tits’ or ‘you need to make her skin lighter’ type of ****.”

Tencent is a Chinese technology and entertainment conglomerate that ranks as one of the most financially valuable companies in the world, providing services such as social networks, music, e-commerce, streaming, payment systems and more.

For far too long, NBA players who enjoy lucrative overseas contracts with Chinese athletic apparel manufacturers using slave labor have mainly remained anonymous.

That is, until now.

On Friday, Celtics center and outspoken human rights advocate Enes Kanter Freedom tweeted a list of NBA players sponsored by Chinese companies with ties to slave labor.

These are the players who are sponsored by Chinese companies that produce their products with slave labor.

Just think..a decade to receive currently mature F-16 designs. No wonder the CCP thinks we are half committed and straddling the fence . Decades ago I received an order from the USA for gas systems for the Stinger missiles to be fielded in the hills as air defense. It seems as though we would just try and make it as painful as possible for the CCP, without having to field any siginficant front line weapons.

I have no idea why US businesses don’t gtfo of China yesterday! I haven’t been an investor in any Chinese company for the past three or four years and this is why. Unpredictable, unstable and unprotected. It’s an older article from last year, but worth the read if you haven’t seen it.

That’s sad. I think Jack Ma wanted a more free society. If someone of his stature can’t make any progress, it won’t ever happen. Communism is a scary thing.

Recent studies have revealed that the Chinese-owned social media TikTok can bypass security protections on Apple and Google app stores to gain full access to user data.

The Wrap reports that according to two recent studies, TikTok can bypass security protections on Apple and Google app stores and gain full access to user data. The studies were conducted by “white hat” cybersecurity experts that hack and infiltrate systems for the good of the public.

The studies were completed in November 2020 and January 2021. The summaries of the studies suggest that TikTok is able to bypass code audits on the Apple and Google app stores. The research also found that TikTok is able to change the app’s behavior without users’ knowledge and access device tracking features that give the Chinese company and third parties access to full user data.
