No, I speak from a lifetime of study of aerospace technology. Some of actually crack a book from time to time.

What is the weight of the cargo? What is the material the balloon is made from? What will it be shot down with? How much of the balloon material will be lost from shooting it down? Will the material be lost during the descent?
