We the American public isn't in the loop on anything and has to rely on what the govt tells us. And even if the American public was made fully aware of the situation, do you think the govt is going to take action based on the whims of the public or are they going to do whatever the hell they want to do? The only reason to really care about American sentiment is to manufacture consent, but even still, we have seen that no matter how popular or unpopular something is, the govt will do whatever it wants.

Here again, not talking about "threats". I'm specifically talking about actually being used in a conflict.

And you know as well as I do that Putin's comments were in response to comments made by western leaders. All Putin did was clearly define what Russian nuclear policy is.

I’ve been in contact with DOD regarding operations across the Great Lakes region today. The US military has decommissioned another “object” over Lake Huron. I appreciate the decisive action by our fighter pilots. The American people deserve far more answers than we have.

You're thinking of Zulu Dawn about the Battle of Isandlwana where about 1700 British and native troops were wiped out. The Brits won at Rorke's Drift.

Correct. At least on the massacre one. Caine was in the first one about Rorke’s Drift so I was trying to stick to that. Over all in the whole campaign I believe the Brits largely got their asses kicked. But not at the fight Zulu was about.

I always thought that was funny. They cherry picked the fight to make themselves look good in a campaign they largely got pwned on

Yep their existence and the unspoken threat of their use was supposed to be enough. But with the bald dwarf and his cronies just loosely throwing around the threat it dilutes their effectiveness. Even Panda Boy told him to STFU about it

I’d bet thin metal film if I were a betting man. Better self heating transfer to get that gas to expand and generate more lift. And really really light. The gas bag is dead weight the payload does the work.

Actually, the Brits got their asses handed to them at Isandlwana and I think the northern invasion column barely escaped a disaster as well. However, after Isandlwana, the Empire sent reinforcements including Gatling guns and, well, it went down hill from there...fast. Other than the loss of the Crown Prince of France, the rest of the campaign was pretty one-sided. Gatlings vs assegai spears.
