It’s actually spot on, which is why you didn’t bother with any reasonable argument in support of your position.

You not liking it doesn’t make it wrong. Our justice system doesn’t adjust to give you the outcomes you want.

I was unaware that Miller had copped to the “not seeing the text” defense.
I thought I remembered reading the statement from his lawyer and it was carefully worded not to explicitly say that from what I remember while still giving that impression, but I may be remembering incorrectly since others think it said so specifically. If he didn’t read the text it would more likely be written plainly. I don’t think they can prove intent either way

It’s called mandatory arrest on domestic violence… read a damn book you hill Billy
Which I am aware of and which TX does not have. Just trying to help out since what you posted was factually incorrect. No need to flaunt your ignorance friend.

It is funny how the lawyers are defending the "bring my gun" texts by saying "that text came after Miller was already en route" and he was oblivious to it.... Yeah the one damning text message that confirming he saw / received is the one they are saying he magically didn't see

Yeah, magic. Because none of us have ever seen a text long after it was sent. We’re all reading every text sent to us the instant it’s sent. Especially when we’re driving. If we don’t, it’s magic. Or, oh, I don’t know, not staring at our phones every minute of every day…even while driving.

You really want your truth. And you simply don’t have the proof of it.

Reread the statement:

Clearly never says he didn’t read the text before going on the scene. Clearly never says he didn’t know there was a gun in the backseat. Clearly trying to give that impression without saying it, which to me implies that those things were known. It does dispute the blocking in with car and that he knew of murderous intent, both of which I believe.

Innocent of crimes? Probably. Should he have known/done better? Yeah

Beard was actually charged of a crime, which I view as worse than Oates or whatever. I think Beard may be an assistant next year and a coach in 2 which is pretty wild considering what was alleged and had proof of

Howard was fined $40,000 and suspended for the remainder of the 2021-22 regular season.
This was not the first time Howard has acted like a jerk while pretending to be a coach. A year before this incident, he was given a technical & ejected from the game against Maryland after leaving the coaches zone and had to be restrained by others to keep him from attacking Maryland's coach. Just days ago he scolded his players for holding him back going after ref's again. Guess the $40k fine and suspension didn't register too much on him

Amazing that choking out a woman is more serious than slapping a grown man, right?

Was he accused or convicted?

If this was a lie all along this stuff has got to stop with people attempting to cancel you. There was a time when you were innocent until proven guilty. Not today when the world is reduced to a tweet.

Texas ain't firing him if it was false. The police ain't arresting him amd charging him with a felony without the documented choke marks on her neck...

The lady may have instigated the argument/struck him first but there was sufficient photographic evidence of choking. That's why Texas fired him....

Where are the pictures of her neck with hand prints after the attack?

If true he did it then I agree that I wouldn't want him coaching here even in an assistant role. If you are using speculation and here say then I ain't trying to say the man can't make an honest living.

Either way as I said before, I'm telling the woman this relationship is over. It's good for his longevity and hers.
