Memphis, Wyoming, Georgia State
I think most people responding to this misunderstand what I was trying to say.

We were heavily favored in those games but none of them were meaningful games. This was an elimination game where the fans who made the trip had the opportunity to be part of the biggest road crowd in Big 10 history only to see our LBs covering the best WR college football and 0 downfield pass attempts on offense in a game that ended our season. We had the opportunity to compete in a stage we haven’t been on in 25 years and laid an egg. Our fans were humiliated to chants of “SEC, SEC” in the 3rd quarter. Hope that had been dead for 25 years was met with a blowout loss. That’s more disappointing to me personally than any upset we’ve endured. More disappointing than any loss to Bama or Florida. The only thing that compares is losing to Vandy when a win would’ve sent us to Atlanta, but I didn’t get 2 hours of sleep in 2 days in order to see that one

We've come a LONG way. Am I happy how it ended? Absolutely not. But we have got to be happy where we are now. Next year will be a very important year for Josh, if he can't fix some things he won't last two more years.

My fear is that Coach Heupel is not willing to make the tough decisions to fix the problems.
Gotta improve the staff, recruiting and then developing players. Gotta look at the offense and diversify it. Even Chip Kelley is not running the hurry-up tempo he had at Oregon anymore.
Coordinators have figured Heupel out and he has to add to what he does.
No reason we should not have at least a solid, if not elite, offensive line by year 4.
Appears the defensive front was over-rated because they had zero impact vs Georgia and Ohio State.

Gotta look at the strength staff.

Maybe I’m wrong but my observation was Georgia and Ohio State beat us because we didn’t get enough pressure on the QB and they dictated the pass game.I agree that the offense needs some new wrinkles.

We had three weeks to prepare and it looked like we hadn't even practiced. This is common form when we have bye weeks. They had over a week to practice with no academics going on.
