When states started suing the tobacco companies I said the companies should pull all product from those states. Oil companies should now heed that advice and stop supplying fossil fuels to the counties, cities and states filing these frivolous lawsuits against them.

Should those states and cities run competing ads that detail how much the communities have lost in tax revenue from subsidies provided to the fossil fuel industry over the last 100 years?I say that the oil companies give them what they want. Stop selling product in those states and cities and run ads on the local TV explaining why. Let the voters decide if they want to continue down that imbecilic road.
