I always use the lower case "t" since they put the emphasis on the "The".

I forgot who did it, but some NFL player took a shot at them during the player introductions when he put a "THE" in front of his school. I laughed.

Crazy game. Bad loss for them. I think that’s a quadrant 3 loss.

Not to get too far ahead of ourselves but we could be competing w them on the seed line.

#21 Arizona State just lost to Utah, that makes #18, #20 and #21 so far losing this week...if Vols win Saturday gotta think they are at least up to 19th in the new polls with room to go even higher.

I am definitely questioning how good they are, especially without Egbunu.

I still think they are a good team, but if we were playing that game Saturday....I think you would have to favor UT at home, worst case a pick.

Ok, maybe I am not questioning Florida as much as seeing the somewhat unexpected talent level of the Vols. I would put the Vols as a top 15 team, and Florida a top 30 currently. To me the biggest difference in those 2 is a top 15 team should be able to play anyone on any court and be in the game in the last minute. It’s basketball, you aren’t going to win them all, but you should always be competitive if you are truly Top 15.

A top 30 needs something you wouldn’t necessarily expect to go their way to beat a top 15 team, and won’t necessarily look great every night.

Best recent example to me is our loss to Missouri. We were in the game with a minute left for sure. Missouri got lucky that some of our reliable scorers all had a terrible night together. That’s unexpected and it gave them the win. Missouri is. Top 30 team, Vols are Top 15.

The Vols have been in every game this year with one minute to go, including playing two of the top 3. We deserve a higher ranking. Not that it matters at all right now.

I've seen a couple of players do that, also and it always makes me laugh. I could actually stand OSU when Cooper was the coach, simply because of the local ties, but ever since, I absolutely hate them in every sport. Effing Urban and Thad's bb team that robbed UT of an Elite 8. That block by JP to clinch the 1st Elite 8 appearance, a couple of years later, was made even sweeter, since we beat OSU.

With Pearl having a good year and Forbes having another good one you have to think he gets a bigger job after this year. He does deserve it regardless of the poster here.
