College Hoops Around The Country [TN opponents, RPI, others]

Thought I heard an announcer say something about Grady wanting to stay at Davidson, but that they didn’t have the graduate program for him, not sure if others heard that as well.

have heard that many times and, yes, iDC does not offer graduate degrees.
Several Davidson bball players have spent five years at davidson,e having redshirtd or lost a season to injury. And,for the life of me, it seems like DC could help arrange a course of independent study for Kellan

davidson grad here who too often dreams I failed a course in the third term of study my senior year and tried to keep that failure from my parents
It will be amusing if Grady has his number retired. Curry's isnt becaus he has yet tried to earn a bachelor's degree graduate didneyy

Oates not earning his salary!

Pearl almost chocking at Mizzu.

Again it shows how hard it is to win on the road in the SEC. It’s laughable when our fans think games against the bottom half of the league are gimmies and that we suck if we happen to drop one.
The difference between a good coach and a great coach is that they figure a way to win even when their team is shooting 30% from the field.

Call me crazy, but Auburn may be on upset alert, tonight. Not because Mizzou should be able to keep pace based on talent. But there is just some kind of curse on teams that receive that #1 ranking for the first time in the school’s history.

Now that I’ve said that, AU will go out and drill them by 40. 🤷🏻‍♂️
You almost made this true!

If Bruce Pearl came to TBA with the #1 Auburn Tigers I think our fanbase would have an identity crisis. They wouldn't know whether to boo the guy or to hold up signs begging him to come back. It would be an......interesting atmosphere.

I thought Bruce-to-Auburn was never going to last because..well, Awbarn. We've all been there. That's why many think Louisville is very much in play, that metropolis of refinement and fine dining. Some might say Pearl-esque.

Fashion tip for short men. Don’t wear a 3 button or 3 piece suit. Donnie Tyndall did and was fat to boot. Cronin’s suits make him look as short as he is

Thanks…on the day that I wore a vest for the first time in almost 17 years of wearing suits.

I still have a few, but 3 button suits are not the style right now.

Pearl will never leave Auburn. Why should he? He's become legend there, and is showing players that they can win playing for Auburn. Would be nice though not getting our butts kicked at least once a year and sometimes two or more.

I tend to agree with you about Pearl having it good at Auburn but there is a lot of talk in Louisville about him coming. You never know if the allure of a big metro area or step up in prestige of program might interest him. At Auburn he will always be second to whoever the football coach is. Louisville has shown a willingness to pay top dollar as well. Anyone know if he is still with the girl he met at UT?

Because Louisville is Louisville and Auburn is still Auburn. Check their resumés.

Just 2 years ago Chris Mack had UL at #1 in the country in his second season. This firing seems a little premature, unless there's something internal that I'm unaware of.
His first two years were very good. Last year -Covid year- they were erratic. This year though has been a mess. I think too many distractions.

Didn’t he get in trouble for NCAA violations?

Guess their Administration thought it was too risky keeping him around.
