Can the Vols work their way up to a 1 with a tournament win?

Seems... really unlikely. Gonzaga is locked in, Baylor probably only falls out to anyone who was a 2 seed on Wednesday, and you'd need Kentucky/Arizona/Duke/Villanova/Kansas to lose today (which is likely a day late for 'Nova, Duke and KU) to have a shot.

A 2 seed would be one hell of an achievement, though!

Yeah, I don’t think it guarantees one either, especially now that that wouldn’t include beating Auburn
Are we talking “a” win, as in single win, or are we talking winning the whole thing, which is the only way we would have a chance to beat Auburn before they lost today. If we are talking “a” win, then yea, we might not be a 2 seed. If we make it to the championship, which means we most likely beat UK, then a 2 seed is a lock IMO.

The latter. I think it gets us to a 2 seed, but I wouldn’t be floored if it didn’t

If Williams falls down it’s always a foul on the other team. No matter if it’s on offense or defense
Hopefully that narrative is changing a bit after the Fayetteville fiasco. He didn’t get those calls in Knoxville. I think the SEC office respects Barnes and has possibly changed the narrative to some degree.
