My guess is that it is a play on two phrases; "Ballin'" as a slang basketball reference, and "All In" in terms of a team concept. That is my best guess.

Hopefully that narrative is changing a bit after the Fayetteville fiasco. He didn’t get those calls in Knoxville. I think the SEC office respects Barnes and has possibly changed the narrative to some degree.
