College Hoops Around The Country [TN opponents, RPI, others]

Can't put your hands on the other teams players. Should have been a Technical foul called. Basketball 101
I agree that he should have got a technical and the league was right to acknowlege it but nothing beyond that. It really wasn't as big a deal as some are making it.

How did we lose to Mississippi State?

It was a road game, and average teams can beat anyone when at home. But it’s also because we flat out did not show up to play in the first half. Got our asses handed to us playing lazy and undisciplined basketball the first 20 minutes.

Reminder that a team getting blown out at Rupp does not mean said team is bad.

Cal’s home record is Saban at Bama-esque

MSU is also just playing terribly. They’ve actually had quite a few open looks and shots aren’t falling. And they had quite a few unforced turnovers.

I’ll give Kentucky their flowers though, being on pace to score 94 against a Top 10 defense is impressive.

Misstake is making quite the comeback trailing by 6.

EDIT didn't see your posts, my typegame is slow... and lead is back to 10, maybe as close as they get.

That's not true unless you are picking and choosing years.
What years you want to choose? The only bad year was the Covid year. If you take that year out, they’ve lost 16 games at home in 13+ years.

Cal only lost 11 home games in his first 11 years at UK.

MSU is basically a 2 man team. Hubbard and Smith are in foul trouble right now and sitting on the bench and State’s offense just looks completely stagnant. We let the only two guys on that team you can’t let loose kill us.
Tolu also back to sub-50% FT shooting tonight too. They really played a completely anomaly against us.
