College Hoops Around The Country [TN opponents, RPI, others]

I’ve been watching the Kansas Iowa St game. Holy cow those are 2 defensive, athletic teams. I wouldn’t want to see either of them in March. Kansas is obviously better but Iowa St is pretty good too.

I heard Raftery say “it’s a pretty good snatch”.

Careful there, Big Fella.

Meechie Johnson scores 17 a game and went 0 for 9(0 for 7 from 3) and didn't score and SC still beat Missouri. Guaranteed he will go off Tuesday in Knoxville.

SC's best player played poorly + SC beat a terrible team = SC's best player will go off on one of the best defensive teams in college basketball. Solid logic.

Sorry, meant to put both of these together

New to watching UT sports?? Players tend to go off on UT men or women after having sub par games or even seasons. I am well aware UT is a top 5 defensive team. Granted it is at TBA, where UT seems unbeatable last few seasons. Guess we will see come Tuesday.

Been watching for over 30 years. I think your insight is based more on emotional recollection than logic.

Meechie Johnson isn't Jodie Meeks. He might have a good game, I'm not a fortune teller. But not sure their game against Missouri has much bearing on his performance against us.
