College Hoops Around The Country [TN opponents, RPI, others]

We’re going to be ranked #1 on Monday and will remain there until we lose a game and we are favored in all the remaining OOC games. Don’t understand why our resume needs any help headed into conference play if we’re ranked #1? Worrying about our OOC resume seems like a needless concern atm. Now if we tank in conference play we will need to convene the worry circle!

Kam Jones for Marquette is very good. From Cordova, but don’t remember anything on him out of high school. And he’s a lefty, I usually remember those

Just saying.
I put a whole $7 on it won $11. I don't have a problem. Well, that's a lie, but I handle it and do not bet more than I can afford to lose. $600 of my paycheck went to bills, $25 went to DraftKings and the rest, gas, food, beer and a $20 bag of weed. I'm maintaining, nicely, thank you

It’s not a crisis hotline. It’s information. Don’t blow up the reefer budget.

$20/bag? Are you sure that it’s not oregano?

Who could have ever seen this being the disaster it has become?

Not that I'm defending the hire of Gottlieb by any means, but I can't really disagree with him or his handling of the situation. He's trying to establish a culture. Rick Barnes did the same thing when he dismissed Detrick Mostella in his 1st season as coach.

This Mizzou/Kansas game is crazy. The arena is rocking. Kansas has terrible guard play and is obviously overrated. Mizzou also might be better than everyone thought.

Edit: If Mizzou blows this, it’ll be a choke job of epic proportions. Amazing how both teams have practically switched places.

Would love to know the last time a head coach in his first 3 years has had as drastic of a swing between seasons as Dennis Gates.

Year 1 takes a struggling Mizzou program to the NCAA and a Top 5 finish in the SEC.

Year 2 he goes 0-18 in conference.

Year 3 he starts 8-1 after blowing out #1 Kansas.
I was thinking the same.
