I believe this is the only and the best response to the possibility our troops have a bounty on their heads. We can control our troops' exposure to danger by bringing them home. They idea got very little discussion in the bounty thread.

They should have been brought home years ago. Once Bin Laden was dead, there was no reason to stay. Should have been objective achieved, time for withdrawal.
