Facts: Comey gave memos to his friend Richman AND specifically asked his friend to leak a memo to Michael Schmidt of the NYT.

Liberals: Comey did not leak.

No where in the DOJIG report does it say he leaked anything. It states that the only offense that he commuted was that he violated DOJ and FBI policies and his employment agreement, which only matters if he ever planned on serving in government and (which he doesn’t) and DOJ declined to press charges.

Nothing he gave to his friend or which made its way to the Times was classified. You keep missing that important point. That was the entire premise of Trump and Trump defenders calling for Comey to be prosecuted.

The claims was bogus and has now been proven bogus.

Trump lied yet again. (Has he crossed the 10,000 mark? It has to be close at this point.)

The whole thing was a lie and hoax. There's bigger things to go after him on than a memo he took home with him.

Trump has to realize on some level (even with his warped and diseased mind) that Comey is the reason he is president. Had Comey followed FBI protocol, Clinton would be president.

Actually I believe two of the memos contained information later classified after his generation of the memos which is counter to the process in and of itself. Original classification occurs at the time of document generation. So I’d not harp too much on the “nothing was classified in the memos” diatribe.

Comey granted Richman a security clearance that allowed him to view TS/SCI (Top Secret / Special Compartmentalized Information).

Nothing fishy there 🤔

Hey boys. Just stopping in. Please let me know the crimes Comey was indicted for today. Fox News tells me the IG report was "devastating," but they're not telling me how many years Comey could be facing in the slammer for all those crimes, or just what those crimes are.

I'll hang up and listen.
