Congress Criminal Referral Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Strzok, and Page to DOJ

Dirty Cop just like Comey the Clown

View attachment 224684
The really funny thing about this instance is apparently most people think Comey acted correctly and was telling the truth on McCabe going behind his back in this instance. It points to that in the linked article. And probably goes to why the DOJ and USAs are so hard over on pushing this. He goes behind Comey’s back who in this case was acting correctly (keep McCabe away from the Clinton email investigation due to overt conflict of interest implications on wife’s political campaign) and in doing so let’s the cat out of the bag on Obama DOJ applying pressure to back off of Cankles email investigation. Shot himself in the foot not once but at least twice! 😂

Probably won’t go to trial though with Cankles on the line. And I’d like to send T’s & P’s to McCabe’s family on his impending Clintoncide if he is indicted. “They” won’t let that trial discovery occur.

Well I only have 7 toes left myself lol, but if you look closely...why wasn't crooked Comey charged with lying. He did, It's undeniable, So why?
He gave somebody up is my guess. It ain't gonna save him on FISA though,

Andrew McCabe irks some CNN colleagues: ‘I have no sympathies for him’

The potential charges relate to Justice Department inspector general findings against the CNN pundit regarding misleading statements tied to a Hillary Clinton-related investigation. The situation has raised eyebrows across the media industry and created a headache for the liberal-leaning CNN.

Some CNN staffers were reportedly aghast when the network hired McCabe in late August, simply because he'd been fired from the FBI for lying. Now that charges against McCabe are seemingly looming, some of the shock has turned to anger and confusion.

A current CNN on-air personality told Fox News this week that "it erodes our journalistic credibility to have so many highly anti-Trump, former Obama DOJ/security officials without a semblance of balance,” specifically pointing to pundits Samantha Vinograd, Jim Sciutto, Asha Rangappa, Juliette Kayyem and James Clapper, along with McCabe.

“It’s hard to see the justification for hiring him initially since it was publicly documented he’s, best case, a liar,” the on-air personality added. “How will CNN handle it if he’s also soon indicted?”

Keep hope alive girl! You might win this one yet! Will be interesting if the grand jury crosses the IG and USA Liu but anything’s possible. And the liberal twitter army is sure carrying that same message.

That's just your blueballuscontinualis talking

If you’re gonna push this narrative you should at least find some twats with some meat. Everybody knows no indictment has been levied yet. However from the IG down to line prosecutors in the DC USA office the recommendation is to indict. You do seem to be going all in on “no indictment right now means there won’t be an indictment ever.” but you’re pretty heavily invested with your blue balls schtick so I guess you gotta keep selling it 😂

Edit: btw the comments on the tweet thread are priceless 😂

You act is if McCabe didn’t do nuffin. He’s innocent right? It’s ok to overthrow a President as long as it’s a R.
If you read the letter in the tweet it’s just McCabe’s legal team fishing for what her next step is as well as reminding her of what they believe she is supposed to do. They even acknowledge the path forward is largely at her discretion.

Hey @evillawyer looks like your hunk o burning Senate love Ted Liu is on board with indicting McCabe. Although his rationale is pretty much crap “buuuuuut Hillary” 🤣. You libs should really get your message straight 😂

Whether an indictment is returned rests with the grand jury. Bill Barr and his toadies can salivate as much as they want to about prosecuting McCabe, but if they can't get an indictment from the grand jury, it's over.

A joke that only the lawyers on here will get:

Actually no everybody sees it and like I said earlier even McCabe’s legal team admitted it to USA Liu in the letter. They are simply offering their opinion on how the USA should proceed however they know the decision rests with Liu. I guess it’s shocking though that in their legal opinion the USA should just drop the case? Shocking to read that 😂

And the ham sandwich joke was covered in the thread also.

Do federal grand juries not have to return a notice of failure to indict?

In Tennessee they call it a no-Bill.

The fact that one hasn’t been filed seems like an indication that they may still be presenting proof.

Mueller was THIS close until Barr stepped in.

Don't know. Never did criminal cases.

How many hours since this dropped and still not a peep of it on CNN mobile front page 😂

In fact the current headline is Felicity Huffman 🤣
