The most recent was about 6 years ago we had a irs “survey”. They loved our books however they felt that because we had two people that had done work for us as a 10-99 didn’t work for anyone else so they felt that they should have been qualified as employees. Keep in mind we employ 40 people and used 10-99 when only when we needed something we didn’t Normally do. We provided everything you could possibly ask and after a few months the lady informed us we owed them $6,000. We told her our books are correct and she informed us that if we did not pay that they would audit us and would look back further than the six years they were just surveying. We were correct...... we still payedWhat do you know about it, Capone?
Did you have anything on contract that could qualify as a noncompete or to the contrary? The most recent was about 6 years ago we had a irs “survey”. No. The governments position was that we should of made sure they were working for other people as well. Even the lady who spent six months at our shop said we were good ,but the Nashville folks wanted the money. Our tax attorneys said pay and let it go.Did you have anything on contract that could qualify as a noncompete or to the contrary?
It was probably cheaper that way but that's a harsh judgement. How can you make sure they work for other people? That's unreasonable. Sorry yall had to go through that.No. The governments position was that we should of made sure they were working for other people as well. Did you catch the fact that the spying on Papadopolous and Page happened before they were a part of Trump’s campaign?
Papadopolous was on Ben Carson’s campaign. Not sure what Page was doing.

Lol, no - not time travelersThey determined DURING the campaign to interact with people BEFORE the campaign. Are they freaking time travelers??
Sorry, that doesn’t clear anything up.Lol, no - not time travelers
The spying operation started before the “official” start date of crossfire hurricane.
The Carson campaign started in May 2015.
The Trump campaign started in June 2015.
I’m saying the spying likely began in late 2015 / early 2016.
Crossfire Hurricane officially started 7/31/2016
Yes. Papadopolous was on the Carson campaign prior to joining Trump’s campaign.Sorry, that doesn’t clear anything up.
Trump campaign starts in June 2015: spying, based on what you just said, started in late 2015 or early 2016.
So, it was a spying operation?
Pap joined trump team in March if 2016.
