This is going to get interesting. Barr has already seen most of the evidence needed to kneecap our "Trustworthy" ICs. Id be happy if they cleaned out every senior level CIA and busted their corrupt bookcooking for transparency.

I think we have to have an agency like the CIA, and I'm not sure what we'd do without the one we have, but I'm sure having a hard time finding what they've managed to our benefit. They certainly haven't gotten the king-making right ... anywhere at any time from the looks of it. They did probably undermine the Soviets in Afghanistan but couldn't keep us from making the same blunder. The real question is whether the CIA is actually worse or better than appearances ... and what about the myriad of other spy agencies on our books sucking up money? From their past work I can't say I'd be surprised if the CIA were caught stealing Coast Guard drug captures for additional funding, and it's pretty damning when you have that lack of confidence in groups like the CIA and FBI.

I, for one, have been ready for a long time now waiting to see some heads roll from the last corrupt administration which lasted for 8 years. Dims were hoping Hillary would win & to continue their cover-up so that their corruption would not be brought out to the light of day.

Me, too, but I don't think it's going to happen. DC isn't about to let corruption see the sunlight and bring down bureaucracies ... those are lifelong jobs, and they aren't giving them up. You'll have to pry them out of their cold dead hands, and you see what the FBI has done to keep even a potentially unfriendly president from their inner workings. Lower profile people would probably disappear without a trace, or have reputations so smeared they are beyond credibility or rehabilitation. Reeducation camps for dissenters would probably be in order if they could manage the perception.

Yea I looked at it several times. Some words and motions fit but not all necessarily. Looked like it was a video clip recorded on a TV screen. Just thought it might of been the CSPAN as there is an image on the corner and cannot tell.
