They share a communal congressional closet. All the bodies are stacked in there, and they all know what each other did. Nobody is coming out of that closet to pull the first card out of the house they've built. It's why they all detest an outsider like Trump; the boor just might wander in uninvited and open the wrong door.

Whoops, thought I responded to this.

It’s mostly the judge ordering them to follow existing law. The fact that their interactions have to be transcribed and provided to the defense is something I’m not familiar with. But would be super helpful.

The internal politics are interesting. A lot of lawyers can’t wait to drive the bus over their clients. If that’s the case here then they can now do it without torpedoing their business. If it’s not the case they still have enough wiggle room in those orders to tell the Government no on some things.

Yeah some lawyers see getting post convicted as a slap in the face and take their release from attorney client privilege as an opportunity to back the bus over their client while extolling what a marvelous job they did to get their guy the sweetheart deal/verdict that they got him.

One would assume if the FBI or any of our secret squirrel agencies lose files , misplace files , tamper with files , or alter files in any way whatsoever on people they are investigating or have investigated, they should be considered inept at the very minimum , and corrupt at the maximum .. wouldn't you agree ?

Trump's FBI and DOJ "lost" Flynn's records and Trump is suggesting dismissing the charges and pardoning him. The corruption is at the top of the Executive branch in case you have been brain dead for the last 3 years. Barr has been tireless in trying to cover up the corruption by this president.
