Flynn bears the burden on his motion to withdraw. So no need for the government to rebut that, either.

If the case were pretrial, Barr could dump it by just not putting on proof (although highly unlikely a judge would deny a motion to dismiss.)

Some judges will accept any agreed terms put before them. Others won’t. So small chance Barr orders it shut down and everybody from DOJ to the Judge goes along with it.

Smaller chance Flynn wins motion.

Best odds are still that Powell gins up so much indignation from the base that they beg Trump to pardon him after the motion is tossed and he is sentenced.

I will admit, the last two days had me slightly nervous. Feeling more confident today. (Somebody should add this to the record of **** to embarrass me with if I turn out to be wrong.)

This guy is a 70 year old with the emotional maturity of a second grader.

I don't know if his incessant need to nickname people is because he's a child or if he's dumbing it down for his supporters who he doesn't believe are bright enough to know why they aren't supposed to like someone.

Probably both.

In 4 years you still haven’t figured this out?

The media gives significantly more coverage to these tweets than they would otherwise. It basically forces them to report on something they wouldn’t even cover.

So it's your assertion that the words of the President of the United States has perfected the look of an imbecilic toddler on twitter in hopes that it garners the attention of the media for coverage?

LOL, mission accomplished I guess. I think there are better ways to make an omelette than scraping the egg off his face.
