Constitutionality of Shutdowns

It would actually be surprising if they didn't.

•UV index too high; stay indoors.
•CO2 levels rising; only essential car use.
•Riots possible; leave house and shelter in approved area.

Our one chance is if/when the dollar finally crashes.

Of course, the politician's answer will be more, not less, government.

Read "The Mandibles" by Lionel Shriver, the similarities between what's happening today and that book are eerie.

Unless they tie it to the business license and temporary suspensions or health code stuff I dont know what authority they have. What I have seen, hasnt actually been done that way.

The government wants people in masks, because you can't legally carry a firearm while wearing a mask. Soon, they will shut down all of the churches for good "to protect us from the virus!"

They wants to make us an unarmed secular populous, like Japan, so they can walk all over us. I am shocked at how many of you are fine with this.

Check your individual state as most carry states have issued statements saying that a mask for WuFlu does not violate the carry restrictions.

Personally, I believe it should be viewed in much the same way eminent domain is viewed. A governmental taking requires compensation.
And all city, county, state or Federal orders to shutdown should include freezes on politicians and govt workers.

We're all in this together...

That is probably what’s pissing people off the most. Your tax dollars going to pay the salary of the guy that says you can’t work. Oh and also this year’s taxes will be paid in full, surely you understand.
