Never threw shots at the program, I've said millions of time how I respect tenn and coach Summitt. Do I think you guys are the same program you once were? NO. But do I still have respect for the legacy that pat left in Knoxville and WBB? YES!

Personally, I don't think other fans should be lecturing us here. I also don't think other schools should be on here; don't really see the point. I would never post on another team's site. Jmo.

Per your words...I don't know what your definition of a shot is but you calling a team washed up when they aren't producing as they once were possibly is a shot.

Like I said before. My sister graduated from Tennessee and I am a Vol fan when they are not playing my school. Other fans coming here and the Boneyard is a compliment to the forum itself. I can't understand why you wouldn't feel that way. They are both very unique and that's something to embrace not something to hide and do a "rah, rah" all day long. I enjoy the other stories that are out there.

You may not have all the data. VolNation, ucon, and Baylor have the only decent forums when it comes to women's sports. There may be others, if so I've never seen them.

VN is very open. The definition of freedom of speech could be a picture of Freak. Trolls run rampant.

Ucon is very closed. Your post is not instantaneous, everything is apparently vetted to meet their definition of "correct". They have a mod, BigNan?, who rules with a rod of iron. Make a derogatory comment about one of their girls, and she gives a one time warning (or so she said the time I saw her warn someone). I only tried to post one time, what I would have thought was complimentary at best, neutral at worst, and it was never posted. (Most of them were defending CP when that guy said she "attacked" him. I even remember what I tried to post, "Sometimes I can't help but like all of you all."). There are a few jerks on there, but most seem to be true fans and rational...of course there is no one on there stirring things up either! Now this information is all old. I doubt I've gone to that forum an average of one time a year. Just giving my prior observations.

Baylor has a good forum. Fans are nice, knowledgeable, welcoming. I go there some, usually during basketball season, never had any trouble posting. However, I remember I am in someone else's house and am respectful.


I'm a SC/TN but my primary allegiance is to the Vols (opposite of you). So I want you to understand why some posters react as they do. The amount of hate and trash on this board amazes me sometimes. When those conditions occur, people react. Just remember what you read sometimes is the reaction, not the beginning.

And for the record...my brother is a big Gamecock fan and we both hate :machgun:Clemsum.

Fans coming to this forum is complementary,but not necessarily a compliment. Probably the negative aspect of being on here is that some posters,rather than catching up with happenings to the Lady Volls,feel compelled to insert their insults and snide remarks into a discussion that started without them and could end without them. Almost all fans think somewhat negatively of their opponents and voice it at times. Most respect those opponents when it is earned,and disrespect those who disrespect their program. Why would a fan of any other program feel the need to come to the Lady Vol forum and disparage either program or posters? Feel free to come enjoy the repartee between Lady Vol fans,but don't insert your one up attitude.

Sounds great in theory... but what we usually get is trolls extolling the virtue of THEIR team not ours.

Don't worry, Cooper sinking the final shot against the LV's, in a national championship game, will not be an issue, because if things doesn't change, the LV's are not getting anywhere close to a final four.

Your fans are hard enough on your team at times...they don't need my help. I visit maybe once or twice during the season before we play you guys. The interest peaked when Cooper dropped in our lap and I was curious about that situation and then Law joined. I am not a regular by any stretch of the imagination.(almost 9 years and 107 posts ?) See you or...read you...next season. Your season should be interesting with the class you brought in.....

Of course, the new hire will be the prominent move.

The other move won't come into focus until I see the floor presence of the fab-4

After systematic elimination of the Alpha's in the org,,,will one of the fab four (Kasi Kushkituah, Evina Westbrook, Anastasia Hayes and Rennia Davis) be an Alpha as well? If so have they learned how to coach one yet?

After watching all I can and reading what is available, I see Evina Westbrook as the only potential Alpha player in this group.

If I am right and the other three are Beta personalities with equal game...This year will not be a disappointment.
