Guys, maybe football has changed since my playing days but I was always taught to use both arms around the ball especially when you want to protect it and keep from fumbling. Has that changed?

That has to be one of the most retarded things ever! Get rid of Fulmer? You're crazy! He has just had a down year this year.....Fulmer has the best winning % in the SEC over coaches that have 10 or less years of experience.....He won a ton of games last year that he really shouldn't have with 2 freshman QB's and towards the end of the year with a 3rd stringer.....But you want to get rid of him?

No offense (hey, I made a pun!, 10, but I'm tired of "Fulmer's win %." Nobody gets to rest on his laurels that long. I don't care if he's winning NOW; his special teams' committee of coaches (I think everybody is too ashamed of their performance to claim to hold the job) and the offensive coordinator are a disgrace, and he needs to do something, or he needs to go, too.

Anyone heard that before? 2002 ring a bell?
Funny how quickly the orange-tinted glasses-clad "fans" forget things like that. I heard a radio caller the other day say something to the effect of: "It's been a long time since we lost to Florida, Georgia, and Alabama in the same year." The sportstalk guy, forget who it was, had to remind him that it's only been a whole THREE years.
ATTENTION CLASS: Two very talented teams have now achieved that infamous feat in the past 4 season. If you are the coach at Tennessee, what should be your measuring stick? I'll give you a head start and clue: it's not Vandy, Kentucky, Memphis, Ole Miss, UAB, or East Tennessee School for the Blind.

The game was ours. All he had to do was secure the ball and we have it.

memphis kentucky vandy are not big home games. you didn't go to the geogia game. the point is we lose those games, as in the big games, as in teams ranked in the top 10.
