Costco Membership.

Those legs were legit. 4#, fed 5 with leftovers, and I picked the joint/body meat and made crab cakes out of it for good measure. No joke, one large upper leg piece was a reasonable serving. At $17/pound, it's a bit of a splurge, but that dinner would have cost $100s at a nice seafood restaurant or steak house.

I just went by our Costco to get frozen fruit - I like using theirs in my protein smoothies. I found it comical that they had moved it from next to the frozen veggies to ice cream.

Got a bunch of prime sirloin for 8.99 lb. They were so thick I cut them in half, then vacuum sealed them. My wife and I now have 5 usda prime steak meals for 2 for under $40.

Can't beat that.

Also got a bag of frozen mahi mahi.. Great steaks for about 1.90 a piece.

One thing I hate about Costco, they move stuff around all the time.

We swap between the Mahi Mahi and Tilapia. Good stuff.

I was told by an employee that even if your membership is expired, your membership card will still get you discounted gas prices at their pump.

*its been years since then, but may still be true
