If you show any Nazi belief in Germany now you can get in BIG trouble!
I bet America still has more racist over blacks than Germany over Jewish.
Maybe, but only because of the huge difference in the populations of the two countries. If you were to say Europe has less hatred toward Jews than America has toward African Americans you would be dead wrong. There are bombings of Jewish temples and assaults on Jews on a weekly basis in Europe. The Jews are by far the most hated group in the world, and it's not even close.

Yes - if he's assassinated.
Otherwise, I'm going to bet that this would be a good thing for black Americans.
There is a deeper question that i touched on earlier in this thread. If Obama continues his "personal responsibility" (fathers being there for children) theme then he will most certainly outrage those that feed off the America has made me______ crowd. If he backs off this coarse he is simply ignoring what is at the root of most of the problems in the black community. It looks like a no win situation for him there. What do you think?
Are you saying a mayor has the same impact as the leader of the free world?
they certainly have an equal impact at the levels you're talking about.
No, an individual is much more likely to make contact and interact with their mayor than the POTUS. Surely you can see the signifigance of being the first black mayor of DC, LA, ATL, Chicago...etc....this lifted the black communities how so? Do we have data?
The guys in the history books make 0 discernable impact in the cities you're discussing. Mayors have much larger impacts on lives in those towns that a particular president might have.Come on.
If an 8-yr-old black kid opens his US History textbook, is Andrew Young in there? Bill Bell? No, but George Washington through George W. Bush are.
And exactly how long have there been black mayors of sizable cities? Maybe since the early 70s? How old is our country? Implying that "blacks have had their chance" is silly.
