Country music thread

I like a lot of Josh Abbott stuff, William Clark Green Baumann are always solid, but I know nothing about the other guy
He's the frontman of Flatland Cavalry. Hope to see them with RRB in a few weeks but we'll be in inventory so I may be tied up

Nice. Been there a good while right?
2 1/2 years right now, but I "lost" almost 5 months in an advanced training class. It was a gentlemen's course though and was at Ft Meade, so I wasn't really far away. I think I went to three shows during the course.

So I was pissed off that Ward Davis sold out Saturday and got drunk at home, got a room in downtown Nashville and tickets to the Pearl Snaps 20th Anniversary show at 3rd and Lindsley. I've made worse decisions drunk.

When I learned of the Red Dirt in 2000 while at Carson it was Pat, Boland, Ragweed, and Cory Morrow. Go figure 20 years later I'll be living in Tennessee in see 2 of them on back to back nights.

I really see Cory again when I'm old and sober enough to remember, but looks like he's heading straight home after Mile 0 instead of a southeastern swing.

Also, if anyone wants 2 tickets to Aaron Watson in Greenville SC 4/24 they're yours, show was scheduled for November and date was moved, I'll be unable to go. Let me know and we'll figure out the exchange, I'll eat the cost if someone wants to go.

Been catching up on the Troubadour podcast lately, Rich O'Toole is a funny dude, and makes some good points regarding touring and managers booking more shows than is healthy for the acts.
