Court Orders Dissolution of Trump Org

Donald Trump is facing a civil trial in New York for "fraud." So, which of his victims is suing him? That's a trick question: There aren't any.

None of New York's banks or insurance companies, Trump's supposed "victims," are suing him. Trump's loans are repaid and his accounts are current. Because one judge says Trump "overvalued" his properties, that same judge is empowered to fine him hundreds of millions of dollars, break up the Trump Organization, and seize control of his properties, including Trump Tower, all to remedy a phantom crime with no victims.

When this happens in China or Russia, we call it what it is: Lawfare against an enemy of the regime.

Normal people do not yet realize how patently insane this is.

It's been pointed out repeatedly why he's being held accountable for knowingly receiving personal financial gain based on false "statements of financial condition." Charlies Kirk is playing on the low IQ of his readers to not think critically of why the State holds financial fraudsters accountable.

It's another nothing-burger.

Well there you have it. See, the judge is being impartial in the application of the law - this must be a great relief to the MAGA crowd.

If nothing else, he can spin that into being 80% innocent of fraud.

As pointed out already, there is no valid case for there is no fraud, no victims of any fraud perpetrated by Trump. Legal deals were made, loans paid back.....banks happy, Trump happy but corrupt Dem judge unhappy.

Yeah but above post was that Trump was bragging about a ruling.
I didn't see Trump bragging about it but pointing out that a crooked judge was trying to charge him with legitimate deals that passed the statute of limitation.

Your reading comprehension is poor.

Trump is bragging about the ruling ... from a judge he claims is corrupted. Makes no sense.

Make it personal, right? Feed that narrative to distract from the facts.

Trump will get his chance to appeal. In the meantime, if you care about the objective facts and not basing your perception of the facts on whether you think the prosecutor likes or dislikes Trump, personally, you will be far better off.
Just like the objective facts about Russia collusion and the dossier that you and many others stated that beyond a shadow of a doubt proved the collusion narrative? You and your party are clowns.

Funny and hypocritical. Liberal mouth breathers can stammer on about Supreme Court justices like Kavanaugh and Barret being corrupt. But that’s cool because it’s libs right?

That seems like the profoundly uninformed take of someone who hasn't even watched the intro to Law & Order.
