Do you watch the NFL?

You'd take him over Megatron, Julio Jones, or Larry? No way.

You'd take him over Arian Foster or Adrian peterson? or a Ray rice, Gore, Morris, hell Even C.J. Spiller broke 1200 yards rushing alone.

I won't even list the QB's, DT's, Safeties, Linebackers, etc. because that'd be disgraceful.

Harvin is arguably a top 5 returner, yes. Nothing more. and even that is arguable. To think otherwise is some form of homerism like no other.

@criscarter80: C.Patterson is a great pick for the Vikings. 1)value at pick 29. 2) @GregJennings will be a great mentor. 3) WR coach George Stewart Awesome

The Vikings really gave up a lot to get him, I probably wouldn't have but that's me.

Saw a tweet last night from a fake Christian Ponder account that said "Welcome to Minnesota CP, ill be the guy throwing the ball at your feet for the next 3 years"

I chuckled because its true

Breaking: Vikings release new offense. The formation is completely wildcat with CP at QB. There are no pass plays. Ball will be snapped to CP, CP will run a TD, and they will repeat until victory.

CP ain't gonna make those guys look silly like he did some in college...If he don't like studying, he won't like it in the NFL....but I believe he is one of the best athletes in the entire draft! GO VOLS! :salute:

Congrats to him, but I wish it would have been to a team not in my Bears division. I can't believe they have to face this guy twice a year now.

He will make those guys look silly on the turf in Minnesota. UGA is full of NFL players and he ran around and past all of them. It won't be as easy or as often but he will have his share of highlights.

I wish him the best, but can you remember another time a receiver came into the NFL this raw and ultimately panned out?

Have I been out of the loop or something? I heard a couple of times during the 1st round of the NFL draft that teams were concerned with Cordarrelle's of the field issues. I never heard about any of this during his stay in Knoxville. Did this happen at his previous school? :dunno:

CP is among the very best athletes I have watched at Tennessee in the past forty years. The guy is on a higher level than the other players on the field, and I think that will also be true in the NFL. He will need to be coached, because he's deficient in a few important skills. But I have no doubt that he will be very successful. On top of everything else, CP seems like a naturally good and likable person.
