CP on taunting call

The first time I saw it, it looked like he was celebrating early but when they replayed it, it looked more like he was turning back for some inexplicable reason before quickly turning back. It never looked like an actual taunt to me. A possible early celebration yes but not a taunt.

He was twisting to scratch his butt! Yeah, that's it!

Remember when sports used to be about fun? Now you get a bunch of self righteous old men wanting kids to act like they are in a corporate business room. on a football field. Stupid rule. Yes he should know better after a time or two but that does not make a bad rule better.

No, but it means your dumb azz is gonna get flagged for 15!

Did you notice the ref at the goal line looked like he threw 15 cents and a half a pack of Rolaids on the ground before he made it to the flag. CP was lucky that guy didn't have a tazer.

...and what is wrong with being over 50?

Nothing. It's a different ball game now than the football 50+ year old people watched growing up.

Celebrating is part of the game.. If you generate points, or make it hard for another team to do so, then celebrating is fine with me. Just don't get pumped up for a six yard run on 2nd and 5..

Completely agree. I'm all for some TD celebration, but these NFL guys celebrate every time one of them takes a breath.
