I’ll go with steak every time because, you know. You should try lamb, it’s got good flavor and a lamb chop will fill you up as well as a steak.

depends on where u get. I've bought on sale at kroger not expensive. I've also bought rack of lamb on sale at Aldi. And shoulder chops are bigger like steaks

I know, Yea USPS. I ordered from Amazon, so all my information is always the same.

Unless NorCal has too many mojitos he'll be fine handling that rack by himself. If he's had too many, we might rather just have video than to help him.

I wish, not allowed. Charcoal grill is the best way to do a rack of lamb.
